One thing I have learned is that there is always someone "complaining." Can't make EVERYONE happy

 

I work retail myself.
And when I said complaining I was referring to everyone jumping on Meso the moment he brought up trying to reimburse those who made separate orders. So I should clarify; I shouldn’t of used complaining. More so should’ve said inconsiderate. Yes it’s nice of him to offer that. Doesn’t mean everyone needs to start posting up order numbers to get him to notice. He said he would get to it. Let’s give the man time to breath. Enjoy a little time off from a big release. And then go back Work. Idk. Just seemed little inconsiderate in my eyes seeing as how I’m a business GM. But it’s just my view. Didn’t mean to offend anyone if I did.

 

I had over 200 customers that needed to combine orders. Some with 4,5 separate orders. It’s been a task in and of itself. Not complaining, just give me some time to sift through it all

 

It’s the nature of the beast and the platform of the sales. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone being inconsiderate to be honest. It’s an honest question. And yes everyone is grateful for everything Meso does. I do recall a lot of posts saying they didn’t care either way.

 

No one thought you were rude, we all just sharing our opinions; all is good brochacho!

 

Honestly I wouldn’t of done it period. It’s not a dick move… it is what it is. Everyone knows what the deal is on your releases, if you sit on it you miss it. So the customer knowingly rushes through the process to get the confirmation and if it’s a multiple release go back and hope you get the others in your cart. The customer decided to make multiple orders because they didn’t want to chance missing out because of the time needed to place 1 complete order.

Imo you said your doing it this time - I’d make it the last

I know you're kidding but unfortunately I also know that's what he will do.

 

I was on the email list twice and no luck in ordering the puddle puck mod. What’s the price for the mod? Hopefully one day it’ll be my turn...
