I have never, until just now, stopped and wondered if pelican possession was legal.

I guess I could slice a chunk off and freeze it, then turn in the pelican. After the heat has settled, I would go to WM, purchase a cheap ass grill then prolly marinate it (assuming it is a tough fowl), borrow some of those square charcoal things from my neighbor behind me, lightly salt and pepper (to taste) and cook it over a low heat for maybe 20 minutes. I would serve it with garlic bread and a Diet Pepsi. Hypothetically.
