@mcharfauros I'll give him a holler and see what he says

@Tacomania @CygnusX191 @Cav_BluTRD For the life of me i couldn't remember what the RCI's looked like in person the other day :frusty: Were yours 25°ish ??? or more flat ?

I'm a fan of the more angled ones pushed up against the cab.

RCI is about a 3 week turnaround on bare steel or 4-5 powdercoated but well worth it, already jacked off of mine while test fitting stuff, super sturdy and look fantastic. Definitely recommend powdercoating though, well worth the 100 bucks. Even if you've got the extra time for painting them you will spend a week or two of waiting for proper dry times on everything, Mine took closer to a month. I say powdercoat and then when you get scrapes and stuff repair with spray paint but I know there's going to be a lot here who probably disagree with me.

Yea, I'm for spray paint if you got the space and time for it. You'll save a little bit of cash and if you have left over you'll have some for those touch up times.

Haha I've heard and seen a lot of ace hardware rattle cans @G.T. 's place lol. I will say if you're looking for a good rattle can and want to go that way Aervoe makes some really good stuff, little more expensive but the stuff is insanely tough when allowed to dry properly. That's what I used on my sliders when I tried saving a few bucks:frusty: spent well more than what I saved in time and effort doing it right.

I went with the "step" version, had to be able to justify it to my wife without using the words "off-roading" if she knew my plan for for the 4R she'd murder me lol. She might still when I'm done with it haha

Honestly i didnt see the justification for it and the extra$, unless its a wider gap then maybe. I get to mount the go pro on the tubes for a side show :hattip:

So as long as we're doing questions of the day I got one too. Going to have to replace tires sooner than I thought so using stock wheels (7 in wide, cant afford new wheels with it) my options are an M/T(more than likely going with KM3s) 265/70/17 or I can go up a size to the 275/70/17 but it limits me to a select few A/T tires (only one worth having is the KO2 which I really like). Thoughts?
