    With my hernia surgery I have 3 small cuts, no stiches,no staples. They used glue. Now I just have to peel the glue off.

    Normally for a Gallbladder, they do the same, cept you get 4 cuts. They had to make one of mine larger to get everything out, and I got a mix between staples and stiches.

    Thermoworks Smoke All of the Thermoworks equipment is top shelf. Also use it for cooking steaks, I don't go by time instead use the meat probe and when it hits 132-135 then the steak is perfect medium rare.

    The remote of course put inside but the main unit has a magnetic base that attaches to the smoker, kettle and even the gasser.

    Like others have said, all the time. Vacuum seal then freeze. Heat back up right in the bag sous vide or even a pot of hot water for that matter.

    They didn't let me keep it. Said it had to be sent out for testing. Now.....While under normal circumstances, I would have slammed my hand on the table and say "GIVE ME MY SHIT, DOC!", I had a tumor removed out of my esophagus a month or so ago, so they wanted to check to make sure there wasn't any cancer or whatever in my gallbladder. So......I gave them the approving nod-ish….

    wife had gallstones when they took hers. she has them in a bottle in the cabinet. hope esophagus is okay for you. my dad had his removed @15 yrs ago for cancer!
