We do BBQ stuffed baked taters often. SOOO good.

 

My WSM is still cranking. I opened her up the whole way about 3pm to burn off all the juice/fat that was in the pan and on the grates. Forgot about it until now. Therm was reading 250. Thats over 12 hours at higher temps.

 

Hahahahahahaha. The bone pulled out clean it shredded nicely with claws....

I'm having sandwiches with leftover beans and coleslaw from the other night. She is having a potato. I'll save my potato for lunches

True story earlier
I was grilling our ribeye steaks when a guest walked up to me and handed me this box. Asked if i could grill it for her

 

Did you tell her it would probably take 18-24 hours to finish. Since you would have to go buy a grill and put it together since that stuff would never tough the grated of yours?

 

All vegetarians eventually succumb to the BBQ....mine just hid hers under sourcream between two halves of potato. Not sure if trying to hide it from me or herself.....she likes vinegar based sauces over sweet ketchup......hahahahaha

Funny, my wife told me she noticed the guest eating the ribs and ribeye

 

deep down, unless its truly a health issue, most people would rather eat meat...once they smell it on a grill or smoker vs a vegan burger.

 

I don’t know what I would do if I ever got bit by one of those ticks that make you allergic to meat.

 

This scares the shit outta me. I’d be pissed.

I may get shot in here but has anyone tried the unbelievabuger? Supposed to be a LOT like meat. I would possibly try it out but not something I’m seeking out.

 

I would die. Can’t eat chicken, and not a huge fan of fish.
