But yes, if you want to keep a similar ride as the Baja Bilsteins, go with Icons. If you want a cushier ride at slower speeds, King would be the way to go. Little more body sway and nose dive with Kings from what I’ve read. I’m dying to feel the difference between the two though!

can't go wrong either direction. Any of aftermarket brands ride nice. Ive ridden and driven an icon setup, it's not bad as some claim. lol

No, I’d rather keep the stock one if I can. I’m looking at 4.10’s too as that oughta be enough for my needs. Mayyyybe 4.30’s

The link took me to a locker.....4.10’s will put your truck back to the way it felt before you got 285’s....So you’ll feel the same getty up as when you had 265’s. I don’t believe you’ll find 4.30’s for our truck.

Pending on how you drive the truck....4.10’s with 285’s are great for highway and so so for off-roading.....4.56’s and 285’s are awesome for off-road but not the best for highway.

I have numerous tabs left open lol. I meant to show the ring and pinion, but read the 3rd member swap is the most convenient. There’s 4.30’s on the ring and pinion page, that appears to be the happy medium

As @locster mentioned if you re-gear the rear you need to re-gear the front as well.

Unless you can install gears yourself or you know someone that can do it on the cheap getting a complete rear diff and front clamshell from ECGS would most likely be easier and cheaper. Though shipping to Hawaii may not make it cheaper.

Yea it was a little nerve racking but in the end I felt really accomplished being able to make it up this obstacle with 0 damage. I will also never do that obstacle again now that I've done it once Haha.

Hey guys, I wanted to get your take on the sale of my tacoma.

So i recently purchased this truck from the original owner,

Im kinda in a spot where i need to sell financially i could possibly make it work by keeping the truck but wanted to test the waters.

    specs:
    2014 Access cab
    v6 4x4
    Tx Baja edition
    Barcelona Red

    Options include
ARE camper shell with yakima racks
285/75/16 Toyo MT ( less then 4k on them)

has several minor stuff that i did as in trd pro appearance conversion but im sure that wont have an impact on price.

It has 42k miles. what is a target number i can expect to get? nothing is certain but just wanted to get some input and ideas.

    Thanks
