Thank ya kindly....and it is truly a multi-generational experience.....I gave the very same drum set to my nephew (the kidlet's Dad) when he was her age....:D

The only scary part? At some point, somebody - likely that same nephew - is going to have to pick out a nursing home for me...........:cookiemonster:

LOL. I have been doing this sort of thing for quite some time myself. Buy the Barbie/GI Joe/Gameboy, so that they “need” the accessories. Every kid NEEDS percussion instruments! I’m also very fond of devices that have LONG and REPETITIVE songs.
I so often hear “Thaaanks!” :D:devil::D

THAT is even better than the drums, I was clearly not thinking big enough or evil enough....next year she WILL get Barbies, that is awesome!

And if you have one that is just starting to walk? The Fisher Price Cornpopper....I drove my parents nuts when I was little, courtesy of a very cool old uncle, and they are much the same product six decades later, especially on a hardwood floor :bananadance:

Permanent Hangover 1 Year Anni @ Dancing Gnome in Pittsburgh. They do online sales of their stuff occasionally via Instagram announcement, but they sell out quick because people (successful) try to secondary market them for $150+.

It was a Toys-R-Us special (they are still, kinda, almost still functioning up here)

The beer scene isn’t even about beer anymore. My buddy who works at Brouwerji West said that half the people who waited in line didn’t even buy the beer, just the glass. People are stupid.

Poseurs...... some call them Sheeple. Honestly, if the glass was worth $150, I'd be buying and flipping... but then again, I'm actually interested, so wouldn't waste my time. I really don't have any "branded" glasses. I think I have a couple, but I used to give away the ones I would get except for samplers and nice "simple" glasses. I did pick up a bunch of bumper stickers. My old car looked like I was an alcoholic. Never got stopped for it though.

It’s pretty silly to me. I got it because I think it’s hilarious. I can’t imagine spending that kind of money on any glass, let alone a cheap pint glass with a simple print on it.

I think it’s fucking stupid to spend $150 on a glass that only cost probably 15 bucks tops. But hey, it’s not my money so whatever.

If anyone wants brouwerij west stuff lemme know. I can get anything they can and a lot of it. Including their recent collab with great notion. Even for a hazy, it’s pretty damn good.

Brouwerij West stuff is strange to me because they use like spelted grain and it has way more of a sour taste than a normal 'hazy'.
