    I saw on the Food Smokes and Smoking thread that guys were saying to go to 190 but I struggled to get up to 170 degrees after about 9 hours. That said, it was my first foray into doing a pork butt. It came out pretty good but I think if I did the scoring thing it will come out more gooder the next time around. Sorry for all the food talk on the Whatever thread everyone.:oops:
