    I mean I would def go with the powder coat if it was a higher quality this stuff reminds me of the bed bars I bought from avid for my ‘13

    Yes. I only eat ribeyes, t-bones or Porterhouse steaks. I don't go any more done than medium rare. Medium for burgers.
