I dont see that thing lasting very long. Imagine all the corrosion from all that salt water? I dont care how good they try and flush all that salt out, its fucked.
If they dont sink it the next time out, they'll run it into a rock or another ship.

And to G.T.'s point, they dont have running water in most of their country, the electrical grid is a fucking joke, roads? what roads....sanitation? nope, poverty is rampant, yet they go spend $2B on a sub....that they nearly sink out of dry dock? Idiots.

Pakistanis also have a shit load of personal hygiene supplies that they stole from the APO containers that landed there but you don’t see them using any of it.

You won't smell them using it, either.

Probably trying to sell it back to us at a markup.

...^^^... I see wiring like that all over Asia in the older sections of the cities.

The interesting part is watching the local utility guys working off the one piece straight section bamboo ladders doing the wiring.

Most of the electrical wiring is 240 Volts too ...

^^^ ___ I live part-time in Chiang Rai, Thailand and a lot of the wiring in the older parts of the city are like this pic.

Our gated sub-division there ... is like the normal above ground wiring in the USA.

I’ve interacted with heaps of IRS agents from India as well. Fun fact, did you know that the federal government runs on iTunes gift cards? I never knew.

I know shit about subs, but for some reason this caught my attention - and whatever truth there is in the article, it's clearly not burdened by telling the whole truth. In a few minutes of googling I learned the procedure to submerge a submarine. The short version has them pressurizing the hull before going down. If the sub won't hold pressure it certainly won't keep water out. An open hatch would obviously not allow pressure to build and they wouldn't dive. Whatever the truth is I'll let the conspiracy theorists that figure out. Maybe they can start on that right after they get done denying that vaccines are a good thing.

...and still, all US tech companies are hiring droves of guys from India because they are "smart"...
I've been in many places that whatever dialect they have, is spoken a lot more than English. And you know when they bring food from home...

Smart people are everywhere, but people you can pay pennies on the dollar aren’t.
