The interesting part is watching the local utility guys working off the one piece straight section bamboo ladders doing the wiring.

Most of the electrical wiring is 240 Volts too ...

I know shit about subs, but for some reason this caught my attention - and whatever truth there is in the article, it's clearly not burdened by telling the whole truth. In a few minutes of googling I learned the procedure to submerge a submarine. The short version has them pressurizing the hull before going down. If the sub won't hold pressure it certainly won't keep water out. An open hatch would obviously not allow pressure to build and they wouldn't dive. Whatever the truth is I'll let the conspiracy theorists that figure out. Maybe they can start on that right after they get done denying that vaccines are a good thing.

 

...and still, all US tech companies are hiring droves of guys from India because they are "smart"...
I've been in many places that whatever dialect they have, is spoken a lot more than English. And you know when they bring food from home...
