You drive down main Street toward Walmart there's a Church's Chicken right across the street

 

How much is it per qt if you buy like ten

 

@LostHusker , it looks like a fail for that San Luis run, so I think I will be taking my door panels off and working on speakers and sound. Too long of a trip if no one wants to go.

First time was from Tyler, then the second time I purchased straight from Amsoil, shipped to the door with filter etc. A little over a year ago I bought my first round with Tyler, paid like $330, now I know sounds expensive. I bought enough oil for both the Tacoma and the 4Runner, did the extended oil with the extended filter, drain out a quart every 5k and then at 20k replace filter. Now if you take into account it costs about 70-100 per oil change for synthetic and plus your using 6.7 quarts of oil I came out ahead.

 

Ya I am seeing that, no one tagged me for the TTC thread neither, or I never got the notification. This is a bummer thought it would be a good reason to bring the groups together.

I think when I got my oil changed I paid like 68 bucks

Ok so after 4 oiled changes you would of spent $272, I had enough oil purchased to do the drain a quart and add a quart for both vehicles for just a little more then you spent, by $60 some more.

 

You didn't miss anything. Only complaints about how Galveston sucks. I thought it'd be a great get together too, but I will somehow hook up with JP for a Houston run. I'd say take it off the "possible" list as the Fearless leader. Since I have parts coming for my work on Friday, I won't mind if I still have doors apart. Thanks for putting it out there though!

How many oil changes did you get for that 330 sir? Sounds expensive yes, but you gotta buy in bulk to get the savings, so I can understand that

Ok both vehicles, 4 oil changes each. Now you do your initial one, at 5k drain a quart and add a quart, but don’t change filter until 20K.
