You can spray convertor straight onto those they are so clean. That is light surface rust

Probably but the hardest part would be the cam crank signals because the three VZ pulls all that data from the distributor

Also it would run stupid Rich because of the two valve head flow poorly and the engine is .4 liter smaller

 

Honestly though, i dont like the surface rust. Going to try that rust eater gel in a small spot overnight. I will be replacing them at some point since soon i imagine. Last component left to go.

Since miguel has some already , ill let you know when i do. In case you havent replaced yours yet.
