My battery bit the dust pretty much on the three year mark. Decided to go with a Duralast Platinum 24F-AGM for a replacement. $199 from AutoZone, and a perfect fit!

I finally got and installed my CBI high clearance rear bumper. Waited 4 months for it.

 

I debadged my doors and tailgate, and one of my best buds just bought this badass 4Runner so I had to snap a pic (I’m jealous of his wheels)

 

It puts the button in the Pro shifter knob.

 

use it all the time now, especially when trailering. it just makes it so you dont have to keep reaching forward to push the button on the dash for ECT on and off. And i have another button Ill use for the anytime back up camera when I get time!

 

Took the front mud flaps off...gives it a lil old school flavor

Derp'd the chrome fog light bezels and put in new Halogen bulbs in the fogs,highs and lows...Osram night breaker lasers H11, Hella hp 2.0 H9 and Hella Xtreme yellow H11

 

Picked up and installed the Diamondback HD today. No Ragrets... not even one letter.

 

I like it!!!! So fresh and so clean!

Ok...I understand now. I guess if you need more room for switches it makes sense. What I’d really like is a way to keep the ECT on all the time without having to push the button each time you get in the truck. I like to drive in ECT normally, even though I’m not hauling anything or towing.

 

Where did you find that paint? I can’t seem to locate it. Is is a flat black or gloss ?

 

Washed it and installed a new decal on the back window, on the top strip. Thanks to @Airborne22 for the great decal!! Also installed my Clazzios, but I’ll post them up later this afternoon.

Went with the HIR reverse light upgrade...in addition to the @CaliRaisedLed tailgate pods with KC C2 flood lights to help with backing up (w/ and w/o utility trailer) down my ~200' driveway.

I failed to capture the nighttime video display with stock reverse lights, and the stock with the KC floods. The issue was the stock reverse light output was extremely weak in the immediate area under/behind the tow hitch/rear bumper. This was even more noticeable after installing the flood light pod combos.

After having both the HIR bulbs installed along with the KC floods lights up the entire back and side areas, and on the video display all the immediate areas behind the rear bumper with ample lighting.

I will try to get out and snap some pictures of the video display and light output, both the HIR bulbs, and the light pod combos.

 

The exposed fuse panel vexed me terribly.

 

I believe there’s a mod for ECT to always be on. Shouldn’t take much searching around

 

I guess you could say they’d be annoying to install if you kept stepping in.. puddles... that you couldn’t see without a... light..
