I filled up before I got to the park still got a little over a quarter tank. Did really well on fuel mileage yesterday. That's your story.

My story was filled up before I hit Horse Pasture Rd the day before and then Gobbler and managed 6.3 MPG on the tank per the puter! FML!

@HIghlande2 and @Sandman614 how was camping in the blistering heat?

Got to say.. I’ve spent a lot of nights in the backcountry and don’t think there’s a person on this earth that could convince me to camp in gnarly rain or blistering heat.. hats off to you gents

I also settled on the gas/charcoal combo grill today

Cooked some steak and veggies on it tonight. It’s so nice to have a grill again

It wasn't to bad. It was pretty hot during the day but at night it was pretty comfortable. I was in definite need of a shower when I got back but it was a good time.

Not too bad, I think if we hadn't gone to the lake @Taco_life would have either died of dust inhalation or heat stroke, he didn't have a/c.
I have that exact one! Good choice! Walmart sells a fire box to make the "charcoal side" into an offset smoker.
