How do I know what the offset of my wheels are? I have the OEM 17" Sports wheels on my taco and I want to swap out for the pro wheels cause I've found a real good deal for them local.

Any advice about doing a swap like this would be greatly appreciated. I am sure it's a lot simpler than I am making it out to be but I don't know bunkus about wheels and tires. Honestly being 25 and trading my last car about 2k miles before it needed new tires, I have never had to purchase tires before either lol

I've done some research and just want to make sure I can take my current tires and just swap them over to the new wheels no big deal. Definitely can't afford both the wheels and new tires if that is what would be necessary

This explains what it is and how to measure it...

Easiest way to figure it out though is to find out exactly what wheels you're looking at buying and Google their specs, every wheel manufacturer should have that info listed.

I've been able to find the specs for the wheels I want but I can't find the specs for the wheels I have even though they are stock wheels. I know the size and width of the wheels, what tires I am currently running, the size, width, and offset of the wheels I want but not my current offset

Gotcha, I'm not sure what the specs of the stock 3rd gen wheels are but I'm sure someone on here does
