I've narrowed it down to Wildpeaks or Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285/70/17.........

    Question is for Load Range:

    Wildpeaks in SL
Grapplers in SL, 6 Ply or E - 10 ply......

Thoughts? I'm 75% on road and 25% offroad

    SL all the way!
My next set will be 285/70R17 Wildpeaks. I loved that tire in 265/75R16 SL!

Ugh, NTB seems to have done a crappy job balancing my SR8s (a ton of wheel weights and weights on basically opposite sides of the rim because the computer told them to do that) but on top of that they nicked the inside of the barrel on three of them, and then on the fourth they seriously gouged the hell out of metal. They're willing to buy me a new rim and thank god they're still in stock or I was going to be pissed. Got another on the way, but what a PITA. They also charged me for a "difficult tire mount" and "difficult balance" which increased the install quite a bit. I get maybe a difficult balance but are mud terrains really that much harder to install than regular tires?

Those going on your truck? I'm sure they will look great but get ready for the rub! The 3.5 bs -10 offset is no joke.

No my buddies truck. But we are already clearanced for rubbing. I'm running the original Ray10s with a 1in wheel spacer. So essentially it's the same width

Wow, I'm only on 33's and rub on my CMC and pretty sure firewall when I'm off road and turning when compressed. Still rub a little reversing in reverse at full lock with the 3.5 bs. My alignments also sitting at +5.5 caster. I've begun to wonder if I've bent something making it worse...
