Got myself in a hole here. Do you guys know if SCS will accept returns for new wheels? Purchased a set of gun metal Ray 10's with a -38mm offset and the installer shit saying that's way too much offset. I paired them with 285/70R17's. Said I need to get 0 offset or -10 at the most with my 2.5" lift. Otherwise I need to get a bigger lift (do not want) and a lot more body chopping. Truck is literally at the shop and I'm not expecting SCS to get back to me super fast given how busy they seem.

Dont listen to shop. Have them installed. Dont completely turn on your way home. Then make necessary trimming once your home. Or listen to them and take their advice. You bought these wheels for the poke right?

If you're really interested I would pay for shipping. I also bought the proper lugs from SCS. Hopefully, I get a reply tomorrow. If they say no then I will most likely be looking to sell.

Rubbed like crazy when put on, dremel and heat gun took care of that.
Small rub at full turn on Cab mount, will be getting a chop soon.

Anyone have any pics of bronze rays 17x8.5 on 265/70R17? I’m kind of worrying that it may not look right. Going to run a set of 265 before I lift and go to 275.

Just finished some work with suspension. I’ll shoot some pics when done. It’s been pouring rain and I live on a dirt road so there pretty muddy

Who is running 16x8.5 -10 SCS wheels on a TRD Off Road with stock 265/70- 16 tires? Any problems with them rubbing? Thanks in advance.

Not quite sure about 3rd gens but the 2nd gen would have no problem with that. I'm running 265/70/17 which is a full inch larger on stock sport suspension.
