    So this happened on Memorial Day. Heard some tire screeches and a crash, then followed by my alarm going off so I run out back only to see that some guy was trying to run from the cops only to lose control and crash into my truck, my dads truck, which pushed into my dads scion. Already talking to insurance and as of right now, I’m getting stuck paying the deductible. So I’m looking for any advice/insight of my options for the repair of my truck especially since I find it to be major BS that I get stuck paying ANYTHING when it was not only not my fault, but on top of that, my truck was parking in the driveway. First time dealing with any kind of collision too btw

    I’ll go ahead and add that from the looks of it, aside from the bumper being torn off, the AC seems to be the only other thing damaged since it’ll blow air, just not cold air.

    Similar thing happened to my girlfriend a few years ago. Her insurance said she would have to pay the deductible. She called an attorney and they cleared it all up plus diminished value. I think she paid 300 for the lawyer. I ask her when she gets home.
