Hi guys! I need some advice!
This is the print out of my last alignment. Are these numbers OK or should I go again to redone the alignment? My truck is lifted 5.5 inches. I was reading here that the correct numbers should be:

    Toe: 0
    Camber: 0
    Caster: 2.5 or higher

    Is that true?

Toe and camber as close to OEM as possible

    Caster 3.5 +/- .5 (more is better)

Yea, that's what I told them to do on mine and I've been happy with it, but I only have a 2" lift and stock UCAs.

That is an ok alignment based on the printout. How does she drive?

There are so many factors involved in getting the alignment "right", which is relative to each tech and even rider. I personally did not like my caster below 2.5 (driver) and 3.0 (passenger), but others were happy with a slightly lower caster, like yours. Caster will not cause any major tire wear so a lot of where you set it is driver preference.

The slightly offset camber shouldn't be an issue if you rotate your tires through all positions to offset the slightly positive camber. Since your caster spread is small, the offset camber will also help with right side road crown. It really comes down to you, the driver, if you are happy with the way the truck drives. It doesn't look like the alignment will cause any major tire wear problems but keep an eye on tread depth (inside edge/middle/outside edge) when you rotate tires.

You can read the recommended OEM specs on the printout. Look at the range listed on each adjustment. For example, camber range is +1.4 to -0.1 which is based on OEM specs (if they inputted your vehicle info correct. Anywhere in the green is permissible by OEM specs but dead center is where I would aim for.

You are lifted though, which changes geometry and handling from stock specs.

She drives Ok going to bad I think. It's kind of difficult to control the steering with only one hand and she wanders a little on the highway. Definitely I have to use both hands to keep it straight or she go wherever she wants!

Which is where a good set of UCA’s and caster adjust can help. Caster is location of the wheel in the well. Because of your lift you are “tucked” in one direction which can cause a strange “light” feeling in the front. Caster is not the fix, but it is part of the fix.

My caster is 3.12 left and 3.57 right

    3”lift

My specs from last adjust are

    Left
    Camber .61
    Caster 3.12
    Toe .05

    Right
    Camber .77
    Caster 3.57
    Toe .05

You can try these specs and see how it does if you want.

Mine pulls a bit to the right as of now, but I did not check the alignment after i switched tyre sizes.

    Hope this helps

Thanks a lot, man! Yes, definitely I have to increase the caster! But I don't like the truck with too much positive camber. I want the more close to 0 as posible to avoid it.

I think caster will be your fix. I too had set my caster around 2 degrees after my lift and the front end wandered. I'm now at 3.5 and it's perfect. Camber is slightly positive and toe is slightly out. Truck drives straight and tracks well. Time will tell how everything will wear.

Camber will influence the way the truck drives too, but will impact tire wear especially if your toe is not set correctly. A flatter camber will wander more.

caster without a doubt is less than half what it should be . With what you have now their should be next to no relaxing when driving , It should want to follow every rut in the road. 3-3.5 would be worlds different to drive . Caster and camber were better before he touched it . Set Toe to 0 to toed in a hair
