    Blowing through the last of my Costco treager pellets might have to pick up a 40lb bag on Amazon

    This thread is a terrible influence... have a few racks of ribs to try my new pitfaced rubz out.. Do I Sous vide them? or fire up the charcoal smoker is the question... I know the answer.... Ill get the chimney ready

    I bought some 2 ft lont 4in x 4in square tubing in 1/4" thickness.
    Im gonna be making some of these.

    Idk how to weld so I passed them on to one of my guys to weld them together. The first thing Imma try to do is a fish fry tbh. I dont think these are good for anything else really. Anybody have some ideas of what to do with it?

    Thank ya, I don't have the top rack in it right now, did some stuff that was taller so needed the space. All in all it's been a great smoker the almost 5 years now I've had it.
