yeah I go through there quite a bit when doing Big Bear trails now, since one end of Hesperia is sort of nestled against the foothills of the Big Bear mountain range. There's a trail there (Coxey Rd/3N14) that takes you from Hesperia all the way up into Big Bear, it's a good way to get up there without taking any of the 2 or 3 main highways that can get clogged with traffic.

But you have to drive through the rural parts of Hesperia which are even worse than the city itself, I swear some of the 'private ranches' you drive past are actually compounds for alt right groups and such. Definitely not a place you want to hang out in for long. When we stop at the start of the Coxey Rd trail you can always hear gunfire coming from those areas, probably just people target shooting but yeah. We don't hang around long lol.

I did bolt ons too. As far as steel goes, I built mine before the steel prices shot up from tariffs, and I sourced out material drops from suppliers. Only stuff I paid full price on was the tubing. My bumper was another story. Everything was a drop/scrap metal out of the yard on that project. I think I spent like maybe $60 on steel for it.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Before season three it was a fantasy television show based on an epic book series. After season 3 it was just soft core porn with extra painful BDSM.

i would not trust chinese made steel with my life
they cannot even make simple replacement home door knobs for krap that don't fit just right
i sure hope we choose American steel for the pipeline running through my state (whenever its approved)
