Tremec has a phone app. Get it, and use your phone to calculate your Driveline angles. It will let you know if they need adjustment or not.

Right now, I only have getting the Magnum in. However, with some recent developments the ability to make it AWD is much easier.

Going on a trip this weekend towing my lil jetski trailer and standup + a bunch o camp gear way up into the mtns. Going to be interesting to see what MPG's are like with more load on the truck!

Also I have been rocking the same trans shift point changes the last week n a half 2 weeks and have been really liking them, smoothness is still 100% there, but the truck tends to hunt less and be in a more proper gear when you need it. I like it! After this weekends trip ill post up exactly what I have changes on trans shift points, you can get them all from my previous big post with the excel doc among other posts of mine but I dont think i have conglomerated them into one post yet.

It was a 1300-1500 rpm thing that I felt all the time in stop/go traffic. I had decided that it was a converter lock-up in/out issue, but I have zero issues now. All angles had been checked multiple times. Carrier bearing had been replaced. Drive shaft had been balanced.

Apparently they have three offerings for the 750F. The first is a Nomad which the most common, the second is the extreme which is for higher torque engines that need maximum clutch pressures and may cause hard shifts, and the third is a FULL manual race valve body that does away will all electrical control.

I just went with the same street able one you did. Hopefully I'll have it all together this weekend....I have a long ways to go with the entire interior out for an insulation project.

I was going that direction, but now I'm glad I didn't. I think the trans needs to be serviced/flushed on a regular basis and Toyota has failed us with the "sealed" thing. Fluid looked old, but no metal or other debris in the trans. I was worried because I drove with a smaller pulley and no shift kit/valve body for a while.

Fluid is relatively fresh. My drive line angle or tire balance is wonky or something. It wasnt as bad before I beat on the truck a little this last weekend

You have to try the "other thing" out before I commit to fabbing one up for you :D

Actually about the reservoir, I may make an integrated catch can/intercooler reservoir combo. It will simplify mounting and look cleaner. In time.....

Then why would there be a value range of 0 - 100? Everything else i have seen referencing an actual degree angle of some kind has always been 0-90 range?

I'm back on a manual ECU!

I can say without question there is less rev-hang with the auto ECU. In town driving can be a bit jerky though unless you're really quick with the shifts. After 2-3 weeks driving around on an auto ECU, I can understand why Toyota "engineered" the rev-hang. It's much more "comfortable" and "pleasant" to drive with the manual ECU in town/traffic.

Oddly, the Auto ECU would always idle a little higher than targeted. Going back to the manual ECU, idle returned to targeted values.

At this point in time, I'm sticking with the Manual ECU and will continue on with it.

But manuals can run Auto ECU's and do so just fine. Probably no real reason to use one aside from the fact they're much more plentiful and cost less than the rare manual equivalent.
