I recently installed 5100’s with 888 coils and a hs leaf pack in the rear with the ol leaf removed.

I’m currently sitting at 23” in the front and 24”ish in the rear

So 2.5 gain in the front and 2 in the rear.

Is there anything reasonable I can do to try and get it more level without sacrificing ride quality? I was thinking of just doing a spacer in the front but don’t know how I really feel about that idea yet.

    Any thoughts?

    4 run, 2 don't
Drive it while things settle then report back.

You're going to want that little bit of rake every time you carry anything in the bed of the truck. Drop the tailgate down, and have someone sit on it, then pull measurements to see how much sag you get from ~150-200lbs. These trucks don't tote weight very well so any kind of minor rake like that is a very good thing to have unless you want to have bro-lean and blind oncoming traffic every time you carry a bag of mulch around.

Whatever you do, don't install a spacer on top of your lifted coilovers.

Im a little disappointed as well. I didnt get the full 3in lift I wanted. I think in my case its because of the bumper I have weighing it down and causing it to sag. Then Im about to throw one of them 27F North Star batteries on there.

That’s immediately following install. It settled a good amount. Granted I did get around 2.5 in the front but I was hoping for the full 3.

Yea with that bumper that can happen. My stock bumper was a bit of a surprise.

My install guy said the same. He said it wouldn’t be worth the money or hassle it could lead to

It is going to take a real nice set of Coilovers if you want that cloud ride. Good luck.

Those little 1/2" and smaller spacers shouldnt be an issue.

Imo, 1" of rake is ideal. Makes it level with a load.

Don’t worry I had the HS AAL with the overload out and I sagged about 5k miles later after adding weight. Just enjoy the truck.

    3” lift is overrated....

I'm not sure you should have expected to get 3" on a 3rd gen. Never really heard of anyone who has got that much.
