    Ok question for every one.

Got a letter few weeks back from my mortgage company with a returned check, saying it’s stale dated. I use an online bank that is set up to auto pay my mortgage and have been doing this for years. So I called the bank, got a why did the mortgage company wait so long to cash the check. Called the mortgage company, why did you send us a check with an old date. Explain to them multiple times, it’s a bank check like the ones you have gotten for years. They ask me again, why did I send an old dated check. Due to their hours, I am trying to make these phone calls at work, while trying to keep wild 6th graders busy. In the end I’m told that so and so will look into and call me back. Well he called and left a message tell8ng me that he called. So I return the call and leave him a message, saying I called back and please call me back, and leave information with his message. That was a few weeks ago, never heard back. I even sent an email, never got a response.

Earlier this week, I happened to be home in time to contact mortgage company again, but received a new bill with an additional 20 buck charge for returned check. After getting bounced around to voice mails, I final get some one who heard me say don’t send me to another fucking voice mail. This person gets me transferred to the same person who was supposed to call me back a few weeks ago. I start talking to him, and get the same question, why would you send a stake dated check to us. I finally get him to listen to me long enough to convince them to call my bank. He says he will do it and call me back either that evening or in the morning. I say, not an option, call now while on the phone with me. He gives me some line about not being able to do that from his phone. He says he will call me back in a few minutes as he is going to find a phone to do it with. 15 minutes later, I get a call from someone else at mortgage company. I ask where the guy went, and am told it was time for him to leave and they will call my bank. I gave her some shit as I am very pissed I was lied to, not to mention there is nothing I can do to fix this issue that is out of my hands. So she dials the bank and gets the computer crap and starts asking me what to do. I try to explain, and she states that it’s annoying, and I agree and say that’s 2hy folks are pushed when they get to talk to a person. We are now listening to the loud hold music and I can barely hear her, but I do hear her keep asking for a persons name. I explain that I don’t have a name and just talk to who ever Im lucky enough to get on the line. She is very annoyed and asks me again, now I’m even more pissed and the wife takes the phone from me, and tries to talk to the woman, who then hangs up on us. I tried to call back for about 30 minutes, leave a few pissed off screaming voicemails with my list of concerns now. Then Imspend an hour on the phone with my bank, who keeps telling my the mortgage company is fucked up, but they won’t call them. After sending a picture of the returned check, the send me a pdf stating the check has been cashed. I forwarded that to the mortgage company. This was Tuesday and still have not heard anything back from the mortgage company.

My concern is if I don’t pay the extra $20, they may hit me with a 50 buck late charge.

Sorry for the book, but what to fuck do I do!?

A guy is stranded on an island with only a Doberman and a pig for company. There's plenty of food and water, and the weather is beautiful, so he's doing alright, but after a few months he gets lonely.

The pig starts to look more and more attractive, soft, pink flesh, round buttocks. But every time this poor guy makes an advance towards the pig, the Doberman snarls at him and once almost bit his leg. Very frustrating.

One day the guy sees a speck on the horizon, so he swims out there and it turns out to be a dinghy, cast adrift, and in the bottom of the boat is a beautiful woman, unconscious.

He drags her to shore and brings her into his hut and slowly nurses her back health. Finally she is well enough to walk and she says to him "Thank you, thank you for saving my life. I don't know how I can ever repay you. I'll do anything for you, anything, just name it."

The guy thinks for a minute and says, "Hold that dog"

If interest rates are somewhat lower now than when you bought your home, I would consider refinancing with a different lender. If not, kissing ass and screaming is prolly your only option.

    Married. Old, fat and balding.

I’m too cheap to pay for something not my fault, too stubborn to pay for something not my fault, if it wasn’t such a pain in the ass, I would switch companies. Or not pay, but then they take my house and make money off me.

Dang @Spare Parts next person you ask for ask for their supervisor. Sorry for your troubles. Sounds like it may be smart to re finance your home with a new company.

I looked at refinancing last year, I have a 1% loan that’s attached and would need to include that, and my truck loan is also attached 1.9%. So the savings didn’t make sense when factoring in the fees and changing those loans to the new rates. But it is looking like a better plan with this shit.

Oh, the mortgage company has told me I’m up to date on my payments, but yet they are missing a payment, and no one can explain this to me.
