    I tend to just out smart people I work with or other issues right out of the gate so they are screwed. Then I win. My new boss loves it lol. He just promoted me and fired a different guy a few months back, but no pay raise lol.

    If i lose my cool it's not good for the other person though. It is like really really bad and scary.
