How’s the brightness compared to stock lights with stage 1? Looks like the stage 1s are brighter, that must be just the picture?

 

Seems like the stage 1s are brighter too.
Could be because it is more diffused.
Also aren't the LED Tails smoked on the inside?

 

Guessing it got stuck at Sacramento before it was sent out. No notification of it even departing lol.

 

Yes, but the LED boards are rear projecting, not reflected inside the housing. Plus look at the inside edges with the kit. They aren't filled evenly, doesnt look as good as the fully filled shape of the ultimate tails imo.

USPS time stamps seems to have been off by a couple hours, and got dropped off right before they left the office!

 

Yeah not a very good picture. But I was surprised how bright the stage 1 is. I will try to borrow a decent camera and take some better pics.

 

Probably hold on to the stage 1 just in case something happens to these.

I do however have a nice set of TRD Pro taillights (depo) that were used for about 3 days I’d be willing to let go

 

Thanks for this, I would have really wanted to have gotten my hands on one for these ultimate tails. But it does seem like the ultimate tail light kit v1 is brighter, so If that’s the case the stage 2 kit would be even brighter. I think I’ll stick with just stock tails with stage 2 for now.

 

I love how it transforms the whole rear end.
Been wanting these for so long, just can't believe I finally got them, it is like a dream come true.
