I was planning on doing something like that to my LR UCAs and will look into how it'll work with the LCAs when I eventually replace them.

I’m curious what you think of the valving on your ADS shocks after riding on them for a bit. I’m thinking I need to soften them up a bit. Driving down gravel roads my I seem to skip over washboard areas it’s like the tires aren’t always planted? I’m not sure. The 5100 I have in the back are part of the problem. I’ve always thought they were too stiff and I’ve seen a few others report that as well but I really don’t know.

@Squeaky Penguin did you mention you softened or firmed yours up?

    Brett added compression.

Mine feel pretty good right now. But I don't have the front weight he does

I added quite a bit of compression, going to add some rebound too.

    Thanks man!

And not as long as Frankensteins build haha

Yeah I have the TC brackets I want to use on this truck and Archive garages for Feankenstein. New leaf packs and not sure if I'll do 10" bypasses or just do 10" smoothies with clicker

Custom Alcan 8 packs likely for both rigs. Have had great leaf packs from Alcan in the past.

How are the new lower control arms holding up? Are you experiencing any binding? Did they push the wheels forward with the added castor?

Love them! I have a write up to do on them soon.

Yes they push the wheels forward and gave me a lot of castor. No rubbing at all anymore

Did it affect the handling with that much caster?

So going back to pg.4 of this build, do you recall which wires you tapped into of the flasher for dimming? I tapped into red/black and green red because they altered the voltage when I turned the dimmer rheostat, but now my switch isn’t dimming.

    You mean for my switches?

I ended tapping into the emergency blinker switch. But a better spot is the ash tray light which is useless anyways.

This is what I did also, but my off-road switches aren’t dimming, I tapped into the two that had the voltage manipulated by the rheostat, does the ash tray light dim? I don’t believe mine does. It’s burnt out now so idk.

Never mind just tested it, it does control the amount of voltage, hopefully this fixes it.
