lol maybe you got the spacers I should have had originally - j/k. Mine weren't cut short enough so they had to cut them down more. They cut maybe 1/16th too short so there was a little gap, but that synched pretty quickly when tightening the through bolt. I'd probably see if they'd send you another set or have a machine shop make you new ones I guess.

Make sure you try multiple iterations of the spacer placement. Mine are not symmetrical.

 

Anthony250 just has it in it's stock location and fills up under the fender. I've got it like that till I figure out where I want to cut the lines, but basically the idea is to get fuel line and extend it to the cutout for a cap for me.

 

I think there's a T4R filler neck you can swap in to make it reach. I'm either going to leave mine under the wheel well, or put a flush fill cap on top of the bed-side.

 

Can't do it that way because of that short bed life.
But I guess I'll end up doing a Jeep style cap

 

It'll reach all the way for the 7" bedsides?

 

I've only seen it on 2nd gens.

He didn’t send the correct misalignments at all
We just grabbed some from the parts draw when we were trying to mock up the arms in hopes that they fit
And then we saw how much space there was to account for.
Obviously we could have used the wrong ones for mock up as well but I figured it should have at least been close.

I kinda hate that there is such a thing as custom misalignments on a production kit, but hey what can you do

 

Check kartek and see if they have the right ones. I'd guess they are not cutting custom spacers.

where are the other uniball misalignment spacer for the out side ?

 

I'm not usually one for the fake beadlock look, but they look better than the others, IMO.

Maybe it just needs the same thick washer that most bushing uppers use against that OE bolt sleeve ?

 

That's a good point. If the truck had bushing upper arms with the washers in place the mounts are set that wide. My truck is that way and I have to put the washers from the bushing arms in there.
