Yup. It’ll become part of your daily routine without even thinking about it if you stay consistent enough.

Your diets not on point if that’s happening. Even if you are calorie deficit for cutting or probably more commonly on here, for general fat loss, you really only want to cut about 350 calories out of your diet. I don’t have any science to back this claim up, but, I’ve found the timing meals really helps too, with a moderate amount of calories after morning workout, protein, light lunch, protein and then the bulk of calories for dinner. Just me though, I know other people are different. My wife’s hungry every .7 seconds after eating. So it’s hard to be on the same nutrition schedule.

I weigh myself every morning and night. Not to kill myself but for fun. I’ve maintained the same weight for a week now. I get hungry cause I workout at 3:30am and wake up at 2:30am. I eat a banana but really there’s not enough time to get a little meal in lol. I eat breakfast after tho when I get to work and the hunger goes away

Working out suppresses my hunger. So working out hungry is no issue.

The raging asshole in me comes out when I’m done with my workout and now starving to death but still have to wait to make dinner.

I’ve got some steel plate armor in a vest I can use for weight  good idea.

True, I forget that workouts are like cake, consistency is king. (Well, kinda, diet plays a large role also)

Kind of like waking up at 6:00 or earlier even on off days?
Before I leave for the dentists office ill push out 10, and before we go to the brewery tonight I’ll push out another 10.

You remind me of my wife. In a non rude way. She lost over 100lbs and struggles with pushups as well. It’s funny how the body and mind is. You would think you could do 200 push ups after losing all that since you’re used to carrying around so much weight.

But damnit. I just clicked the spoiler button. It’s crazy how much weight adds up on the body too. The body is crazy in general.

Fucking badass for losing that much man. For real.

Thanks! I kept it off until I graduated college and moved out of state, then it started creeping back on.

I saw your IG post about her a few months ago, her weight loss was super impressive.
It is funny, I remember about 1 year ago I was doing push-ups and would Max our around 15, one night (2 AM or so) I woke up and told myself “I’m going to do 30 push-ups”.
So I got out of bed and banged out 30 push-ups with pretty good form and no rest.
My arms were dead the next day but I fucking did it.

Yep, it creeps back on and I don’t really notice a few pounds per month without a scale.

    Thanks!

We all think we don’t have time. There’s always time.
Do a protein shake or the night before make a half of a peanut butter and honey sandwich or some shit and eat it before you go.

    Hell yea.

Also have you looked up the proper form on push-ups? It helps ALOT when you kick your elbows in. Not straight out the side like you see 90% of people do

Yep, elbows are about 45* away from the body, sometimes a little tighter.

Life’s not fair. Some people can still be fat and have abs while others have to get super cut. I don’t get it.
