    So Im gonna get rid of, or bypass the stock horn relay? Basically, what Im confused on is how to hook it up to the stock horn/steering wheel switch.

    Stock wiring is all there unmodified. But you need to create an independent relay harness that adapts to it. The coil wire would connect to the stock horn wire, positive and negative to their respective places on the battery, and momentary relay power to the four horns.

    I don't want to store sulfuric acid in my garage. It also probably off gases as its used for the electrolyte bath. I mean I use an acidic solution for etching titanium but it's used for etching only, not the electrolyte bath.

    But, yeah, start doing it, I'll send you stuff! :D

    Ok, so in this pic: File_005.jpg
    The black or purple (whichever one is the switching wire) gets spliced into the stock 12v wire going into the horns, correct? So effectively, there are 2 relays for the new horns?

    What size relay you running?

    That’s a really really old pic, I think that’s one of the first systems I ever sold.

    Yes. Two relays. The stock relay could handle it fine, however the stock wiring could not. Stock wiring is roughly 22GA and the Delco-Remy wire is roughly 14GA.

    You just need the signal from the stock horn harness to activate your independent relay. I run 30/40 Amp SPDT relays.

    Got Wulf too! Lol

    But if you seriously started doing it, I bet you could get a lot of customers just from here. Places that anodize aluminum almost always have a minimum setup fee. I needed 15 aluminum handles anodized clear. Because of the setup fee the price would have been the same to anodize just 1 vs 15. I forget but I think the setup fee I paid was like $60 & the anodizing was only $15.

    Anodize some stuff for me & I'll drive up and teach you how to use the lathe & mill. :D

    Mid pipes from header to collector needed to be made, and I needed a catback as well. They made it all beautiful and when I lift her up later to put the engine plates back on I'll take pics.

    2.25, it's a 3.0 NA right now so 2.5 would have been a bit much. Both headers come off the engine and then go down to mid pipes that meet at a y-collector to go into the cat and then the rest is just a normal cat back with some snakey bends and some clever positioning to get the tips and muffler to not contact the bigass tire

    @Blue92

    I have a customer returned harness if you don’t want to make one yourself. It’s a much earlier revision, but I can add in the Metri-Pack fuse holder at the battery connection. I discontinued the relay fuse holder.

    I'll take a clip later, but it sounds a lot like the Z32 300zx, it is a deep sound, not at all raspy.
