    Saw a guy on the side of 470 with his hazards on, talking on a phone with a Super White 2nd gen DCSB Tacoma. He was on the East bound side before the View high dr exit. I was headed west bound towards 71 on my way to work. Thought really hard about hitting the first exit and coming back to see if he was okay. MODOT had pulled up behind him before I pulled up and they (MODOT) started to leave as I passed so I'm assuming he was okay.
