Still planning on heading up tomorrow, let me know if ya can join!

    Sarahs Creek Campground: 34.934776, -83.267248
There are also a couple places further up Sarahs Creek Road that I may stay at if that site isn't available. Im not able to provide coordinates for those as the foliage on Google Maps is too heavy to see anything.

Earls Ford Rd: 34.880233, -83.228844 or, this 34.894338, -83.235190 is the entrance to a small side road off Earls Ford Rd. that will take you to this campsite: 34.894338, -83.235190 that I might be at.

    Sandy Ford Rd: 34.860663, -83.247102

I will more than likely be off of Earls Ford Rd, Sarahs Creek will be my second choice with Sandy Ford Being my last.

You should make it up there, there are some awesome views!

I'm going to try, which means I will more than likely be there. If you get settled into a spot before I get there save me room, I will send you my #.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
‘Soup’ is slang for Supra in the tuner world.

Any of you guys run Charlie's Creek Road in Hiawassee?

I'm thinking a quick trail ride and stop at the Hiawassee brewery might be in order one of the upcoming weekends. We'll wait for everyone to get back from Amelia Island though...

It's blocked at work, but I think this is the website for the brewery: http://hiawasseebrew.com/

We got to come back to Amelia Island and camp out/kayak on the south of the island. Near Little Talbot Island state park. Met a guy who owns a kayak business down here.

Charlies was fun a while back and then they graded the fun section. I've heard it's gotten worse (read fun for wheeling)

Hit both Charlie’s creek and Hiawassee Brew just this past weekend. The river crossing connecting Charlie’s and Tallulah River Road was pretty deep with all of the rain we have had. Definitely one of the more fun local trails we have here.

The taco truck at Hiawassee Brew was great and they allowed pets on the patio. Very low key and relaxed.

Were you with NorthGeorgiaOverland (or whatever their instagram name is)? That's how I saw the trail and it looked like fun. Figure I need to head that way eventually. So the question is....who's down?

Looks awesome! We love to kayak. We sold our last 2 after our daughter was born. It didn't take long to realize they weren't being used and they took up quite a bit of room in the shed. Renting them is usually expensive for what you get, so I'm not a proponent of that....unless it's at a destination or whatever.

No, not affiliated with them. Just my wife and I hitting some trails while staying in Helen. The trail is definitely more technical/fun heading west to east since it’s a steady climb ascending the mountain. We went Sunday and only passed a single Jeep out there. Always up for an excuse to head out again though.

When y'all getting back from Amelia Island? I think we can start it up here!

@TRDridgerunner , when would you want to go again (seeing as how you just went)?

I’m certainly up for going back soon. Realistically though, it would have to be after July 13th due to prior arrangements.

Also, thinking about doing a range day up at our farm on the 22nd of this month. I know several people showed interest in it.

Ok, wife approves me going .

She and the kids will be out of town the weekend after July 4th, but I have to work that Friday. So that Saturday or Sunday would be best for me. If not that weekend, we'll just pick another.
