Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
His first ones were awesome but these are plug n play and way more coverage. Hard to improve on these new ones but Meso always finds a way.

I went ahead and did it last night as my day today is full. Headed to the dealer in a little while for a battery replacement then it’s “Jeepin’ the Coast”. My father in law has a Jeep but I’m gonna show up in my Tacoma. It’s an annual gathering of tens of thousands of Jeeps from lands far away to cruise up and down the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Where I live, Long Beach, my city is the host city so there’s just traffic jams with modded out Jeeps. It’s crazy. It’s like spring break for adults. It’s the only time of year where we can drive on the actual beach. The other 364 days a year it’s prohibited.

I’ll be around all day. If you get in a bind, send me a pm and I’ll give you my cell number. I’m kind of an expert at the puddles now......you know, I’ve done one:cool:

Both doors are off, and I fixed my speaker situation. One of the wires from the magnet to the connector was vibrating, touching ever so slightly. Yahoo, no more of that annoyance! Moving on to the hard parts! No broken clips or lost clips at that! Lucky! Yeah I think I mounted the speakers upside down but with the bracket kit from crutchfield I had to install that way to line up with the screw points.

Awesome, two fellow NJ bros! I thought I was gonna be the only one rocking these in N.J. lol. I’m right at the tip where Atlantic County meets Ocean County on the shore.

Ya there's a few of us out here, but nothing like the left side of the country. Was just recently out in California for a Yosemite trip, and I've never seen so many Tacoma's with pro grilles in my life haha

Well got the mirrors back on with the puddles installed. I have a ‘17 and I did have to dremel that spot on passenger side. Also had a little tip if anyone has a magnet tool to help prevent “nut drops” :D. Now on to the fun wiring. Wish me luck boy hope it goes smooth. Its nice not to be in a rush installing these. Got to take little breaks inside to eat and such.

For magnet trick, loosen them almost all the way and use the magnet and hand turn them off holding the magnet tool. Just make sure you have a good strength magnet. That’s how I did all mine without dropping. It can happen very easily in their location.

Meso should design a new functional boot :)
Good luck brochacho! I will try attempt #2 tomorrow :)

MESO should just mod a new functional boot for the door, with LEDS of course!

Cab side only. Should allow you to pull the boot out and have enough working room in the door jamb

I saw some people said taking both sides out help, is it a problem if someone decides to take both ends out? Or is that just more work than necessary?
