Another year for Saints and Sinners membership and celebrating with the newest TAA release...

 

This is a great discussion for us cigar lovers.
I've been smoking them for close to 30 years and am still learning new things here.
Lots of good choices posted here by you guys of premium cigars to try.
My premium brands I enjoy are Macanudo, Ashton and Dunhill.
But for me they're too expensive for an everyday or all the time smoke.
Through the years I've tried many many 'bundle' cigars with not so good results. With many of them, after you smoke them past the halfway point, they start getting hot and bitter.

A couple years ago I tried "Special Jamaicans" bundles. They are as good as some 'premium' brands. Mild, sweet and mellow. Every stick is good, they're very consistent with their quality. Unlike other bundles, their taste and quality stays the same from year to year, bundle to bundle.

I've been looking for a good bundle. I'm not an aficionado by far, but I've had a number of favs over the last year. I'll look these up!

I have found RC to be hit or miss. I hope that is a good one. Love the boutique brands though. Usually spot on.

Should have gotten a better picture of the band, but I got some work done and enjoyed this Kristoff Sumatra this morning at the local lounge. A nice, smooth, nutty, creamy smoke. (Colorado is the employee's, not mine ).

 

I bought a sampler and am making my way through it. The Neanderthal was my favorite so far. Cromagnon was good. This one was ok

 

Was at the smoke shop last night picking up supplies for camping this weekend and I found a new oddity; a mixed pack of Perdomo cigars, in a humidor bag? I've never seen a package like that before, seems like a good concept. Usually I stick them in a gasketed tupperware to keep them from getting crushed, but the humidor bag seems like it'd be handy. Especially since my cheap old humidor is moderately unreliable...

Had a Perdomo Champagne camping Sunday night. Was actually a really nice smoke. Went well with a campfire and some JD.

 

Excellent. I’d be doing the same but I’ve got a banquet this evening.
