    Wow to both!!!!

I am blessed with very healthy knees, my ortho was pretty shocked at just how healthy my knee and other cartilage is, especially for being about to turn 51, 30+ years of military (active and guard) and how much I run and do triathlons.

Just took a 12 y/o girl shoe shopping for her birthday present (my wife's friend's daughter). I'm glad I had all boys. Took 4 different stores and changed to 3 different styles before she found the one's she wanted. She did get to see first hand how the store gets you to buy "add ons" and how much more the price jumps and commented about it. Pretty smart kid.

I was rough on my knee's in the Military , I started getting knee pain in my R/knee just after Bootcamp . Then during a training incident I slipped climbing over rough terrain and tore my cartilage and also my ACL

Getting ready to take my daughter and her date to my daughter's senior prom in the Falcon. Hmmm, would announcing 'keep ya underwears on' suffice or should I open carry?

She still talks about when her first boyfriend came over to visit, I said I was going downstairs to clean my guns... :D

PLEASE Can I quote this

Oldest grand daughter brought the "Boyfriend" with for a Florida Visit ( 14 years old :angrygirl: ) and he asked who he should fear most.... her Dad or me  She did not like my answer ….. My son could "hurt him" BUT I would make him disappear :notsure:

Parenting only gets better when we get to "Help" with the Grands :hattip:

And here is the newest addition, quietly enjoying life after her 1st DR.s visit..... healthy and already gained a little bit of weight...:cool:61763660_10157204512259185_7234389853356_8bf9555aa69924471bf0f111662b3f7bdb699252.jpg

Evening kids, nice day off, ran some errands. Then went to the neighbors kids graduation party, twins. Did you know that they have a lot of food and booze at these things. Well I feel pretty good right now, not sure if it was the tasty pull- pork barbecue or the margaritas.
