    Right on.

    My normal is 4 - 10’s tues thru fri. Every 7 weeks is the 8 straight. When the 8 comes around... 4 off, 8 on, 5 off. If I burn a weeks vaca (4 days) at the end, that’s 12 off. Makes it real hard to go back to work.
