All he said in the description was that it had 4 wheel disc brakes installed along with the fummins.

 

I've always kinda had a soft spot for the 55 series. It's kinda like the red headed step child of the cruisers... Well not 'step' child cause it's true cruiser but you get what I'm saying. Unique and very cool looking

I'm halfway through that YouTube vid...holy crap they abuse the hell out of those things.

As tough as those trucks look, they do seem to roll over easily with any amount of speed going into corners lol.

It's a shame they don't do anything like this anymore, but kind of makes sense with how the worldwide economy took a big downturn in the mid/late 2000s....without corporate sponsorship something like this would be pretty hard to do especially every year.

Yeah they'd have to use something else, be fun to see Toyota sponsor one with Tacomas and 4runners...or even make it non-vehicle specific and just let contestants use their own rigs as long as they meet the qualifications
