    A good reputable tattoo artist will usually run $175+ per hour

    It goes back to the old saying....
    cheap work is never good and good work is never cheap

    Not enough to have a build thread.
    My only concern with Jimmy is wasting time. I know what I want. I just dont know how exactly i want it to look or what's even a reasonable expectation and I'd hate to frustrate him by working and reworking it before it goes on me. You couldn't tell it by the cleanliness of my truck (I'm still rocking dust from lake Hawley last year @EDDO), but I'm pretty meticulous.

    And @johnny6, I appreciate your input and recommendations, but some of what you said definitely came across pretty dickish. Just a recommendation, take it or leave it, if you have a hard time imagining how someone else is going to take or read your comment, have someone else read it first. A simple, "that's not my style, I'd recommend these guys," would have been sufficient.

    Yeah just moved a month ago. My lady and I wanted more space for less, so we landed on SR. Never thought in a million I would be living up here, but it's been great so far. Nice to be around the Wal-Marts, Home Depots, and more again. Not just "Tiffany's organic take out a bank loan to shop here produce" or "Tom's come once, and never come again because you'll be homeless hardware store" like we had down by Tiburon.
