    2004 - 98 Jetta 2.0, one of if not the best car I ever owned,took me through college & traveling all over the country
    2005 - 01 Isuzu Trooper 1st vehicle bought after college was beautiful!!! But burned like 2 quarts oil bw oil changes
    2005 - 05 Frontier, 1st brand new vehicle, good truck but was boring as heck
    2006 - 05 TJ - loved this JEEP but decided to move across the country and traded it for a truck
    2006 - 06 Tundra - love love loved this truck! Unfortunately totalled before 3rd oil change
    2007 - 84 Nissan 720 4x4, flew to Cali and drove it home, great truck, kept this a while but bought other cars while I had it
    2008 - 02 Subaru Outback off eBay, transmission broke 1st day I had it, decided I didn't trust Subaru
    2008 - 05 TJ again, caught hail damage in Kansas so traded in Kansas for an
    2008- 08 VW Rabbit which I literally tried to jump over some railroad tracks and destroyed so bought a
    2008 - 08 Silverado, sold about 84 Nissan (dumb move) bc I thought I didn't need 2 trucks then lost job in 2010 & sold it, replaced with
    2010 - 97 Silverado was a tank, sold in 2011 for
    2011 - 01 Acura Integra, got tired of and sold for
    2012 - 89 Nissan Pathfinder, great car but was 2wd
    2014 - 09 Honda Accord given to me by my Mom
    2014 - 09 Tacoma PreRunner, great truck, was paid off, took me all over the country, did over 40k miles in a year
    2015 - 89 YJ bought in Yuma AZ, what a trip!
    2015 - 97 Nissan Pathfinder moved me to Austin with this one
    2016 - 02 Silverat Dad gave me but wouldn't pass Texas inspection and traffic was bad in Austin so traded for
    2017 - 10 Jetta, drove a few years in city, sold for
    2018 - 88 Toyota 4x4 P/U (still have)
    2019 - 97 Prelude bought for commuting but sold
    2019 - 19 Tacoma DBCB OR 4x4 (still have)

    That brings back memories. My first 4 -wheeled vehicle was a 1971 Datsun 1600 bought in 1978 for $900. Definitely remember adjusting the points in that dual point distributor. Think I finally gave up and just ran it with 1 set of points. The carb on that thing was another piece of garbage, finally found an adapter and was able to run a Vega carb on it, made a big difference, but was still pretty gutless LOL.

    I found a picture of my 1970 Datsun. It came with the dented fender, and the odometer read 41,000 when I bought it. I did drive it everywhere and slept in the back many a night on fishing trips.
