I'm new on this forum which is probably obvious from thread title, but I bought this truck about 4 years ago and I've never had any problems and I don't drive more than 5k miles a year and i don't take it off road. Lately I notice a clunk definitely in the front and specifically on driver side when applying brakes when moving slowly to a complete stop. I can watch the wheel jolt as I press brakes and hear the noise. So I'm trying to get familiar with the areas suggested to hopefully find the cause. I know zero about suspension, I'm mechanically competent and love engineering things ,but all in different fields, and limited to maintenance when it comes to autos. So I'm gonna put a few pictures here and maybe some of you might tell me what I have because I know things have been upgraded from stock . Also the brake system looks different than ones in my searches. I'm just going off what I'm finding on Google and YouTube tutorials..thanksPHOTO_20190602_162716.jpg PHOTO_20190602_162657.jpg PHOTO_20190602_162716.jpg PHOTO_20190602_162642.jpg

There is a forum that is specific to the 5-lugs, I might suggest posting this over there as well, if you haven't already...

From the looks of the tires you have on there (large-ish all terrains) you've got a pretty heavily modified 5-lug pre-runner type truck.

Haha, I knew I'd get shit for my wood jack extender..this was the first time I've jacked up the truck and didn't cross my mind that I'd need a taller jack. I bought a used 3 ton pro lift at the swap meet and harbor freight 6 ton stands on sale since these pics were taken. Does anybody know if these are Power Stop brakes in the pics?
