What area are you looking at to live? Woodland is small and quiet, but lots of things to do. Not sure where you'll be working... Commute from here isnt terrible

so I'm a mental midget when it comes to this kind of thing so I'll ask you gents.

If I was to install a 12v fridge that has an estimate energy consumption rating of 0.85 Ah/h (ambient@90F, internal@41F), what kind of 12v system am I looking at to go on the road for ~4 weeks? Can I get by with installing a 100w solar panel with my current 27f duralast gold? Do I need to dual batteries? If so can I keep the duralast and hook up a optima yellow top via the Blue Sea ML-ACR 500 Am?

I'm not an expert, but I think you'd be fine with a 100w solar panel. I don't think you need dual batteries. I have a 31M battery with a 100W panel and I've had my truck parked with the fridge on for several days without any issue. And if you're going to be on the road a lot it's not likely an issue, only if you're parked for several days would I start to be concerned. I also carry a battery jumper just in case.

also, since we seem to be on the topic of fine art. I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on this piece, I think it would add a nice bit of flavor to the abode. What do you guys think?

Luckily I work from home, so I could live in the middle of Tokyo or Los Angeles and wouldn't give much of a shit, but my lady still has another semester of nursing school down in San Rafael, so she's been able to experience the beauty of Petaluma (and below) traffic. Lol. Sucks, but we still enjoy living up here more than where we were before, which is great.

Found another rabbit hole to go down. One more obsession/long-haul mission taco related, headliner patches. Presume some of you understand.
Bought #2 and #3 today. I got a son and a daughter so I was sold the minute I saw them.
