I think diets are kind of pointless and unnecessary unless it's more of a health issue like diabetes or thyroidism you're dealing with. Exercise is the key to losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight. Just be mindful of calories being consumed vs calories being burned.

All these complicated diet programs just seem so self-punishing to me

 

Oh so the forums here are a good resource for that car then. Should be. They're nice, I'd be surprised if there weren't a big enthusiast group for them. I really wanna go back to a plush ride....
