Realistically my diet didn't change much. I just don't have potatoes, bread and other high carb foods

 

So this Tundra brake upgrade has just been great. Last night when I was going to finish the job after borrowing some line wrenches we had flash flooding.

Now I’m on the second side and the hardline flare nut stripped out when I unscrewed it from the stock rubber lines. Won’t go into my Wheelers SS line like the other side. Threads 3 turns and pops out. Truck is down another day and another day of biking to work

 

You've got great taste in comedians man. We'd get along just fine. Those two and George Carlin are my 3 favorite comedians. Just sucks I can't here any new material from them. lol

 

Atkins...Paleo...Keto...just good old exercise and don't eat a bunch of crap all the time.

So talking with the doc Friday, my goals are to quit smoking after 33yrs. And drop weight. Cause I'm tired of being a fatass..

 

So is my wife. Even gave me stitches once cause I would go to er. And why?? Cause I was a dumbass and stubborn.

 

Patch worked best for me, granted I only smoked regularly for a few years (off and on for maybe 12yrs total).

The gum and the mints were more addicting than smokes, and even more expensive

Of course if you have the will power then cold turkey is best

 

When I get stubborn she calls me donkey or yells at me in Mandarin

 

Tried that. Even went to chew and kicked it for 6 months. Destroyed my teeth. Now its chantrix. But I start that on the 10th. Working outta town this coming week.

 

Oh man I tried chew once and got sick even with a big nicotine tolerance...that stuff is nasty lol

 

Try snus, dont need to spit .and not as bad..lol
