I'm on a roll with people not going all in on five, nothing personal. I shall fight the good fight, for all mall crawlers everywhere, for they shall run a full-size spare!

I’m thinking of putting rear suspension on 1st as that’s a bit cheaper then all at once. Then add the front a little later. I think my 3” lift up front should be ok for now but can’t decide between fox or icon. Any thoughts or is this a bad idea and I should just wait to get all at once?? :help:

Well I'm not sure how well it works yet, I met a guy who had this one on his dune colored Tacoma and I liked the look and feel so I got it. It applies with 3m tape that comes pre applied to the guard already. It may damage the paint if I wait years to remove it but I dont plan to remove it, and if I ever do I'll put something else in its place.
I'm hopeful that itll help prevent some rock chips in my windshield mostly .

The Bilstein stock TRD OR shocks are pretty good as is, I would use it alot offroad stock until you can afford to do the whole lift at one time. That way you can get used to the capability stock offroad first which is very capable. I went with Fox lift all around and love the ride. Took me 14 hrs to install alone all total but very doable.

Painted next season's winter wheels. I wanted the NATO look so I got a set of FJ steel wheels. I went with the OEM ones so I could use the OEM center caps rather than the reproduction ones that don't let you use them. I used VHT Ford Argent Silver (SP188) wheel paint with VHT matte clear. I HIGHLY dislike how the paint sprayed as it was blotchy and ran like crazy, even with constant heavy shaking and nozzle clearing. I know my technique is rusty, but I've never had paint spray this bad.

The worst of the lot. I had a bad run with some uneven metallic. I tried to wetsand out the run and made it way, way worse.

I might be the only person dumb enough to spend the $$$ for new ones. Now I just need to decide what size tire to run for the snows.

If you go OEM and want center caps, if you search eBay by part number instead of by FJ Cruiser center caps you'll find people selling them as T100 or 4Runner center caps at a cheaper rate. I don't if mine are OEM or replica, but they look identical to the photos I've seen of the OEM pieces.

Installed the RCI front skid plate today. Its the 1/4" raw aluminum version. I picked it up at their shop in Loveland CO, and I recommend anyone on the front range do the same. Their shop is pretty impressive!

Have you tried the tpms button under the steering wheel. If that doesn’t work you will need a scan tool.

Have you tried the tpms button under the steering wheel? If that doesn’t work you need a scan tool. Tire shops should be able to take care of that. Did you just change wheels or got new sensors?

Where did you get the lockbox? I'm looking for something just like that but I want it the width of the bed...
