'13 DCSB SR5 - Reasonable price to pay?

    My 06' 4runner is 99% sold!

    So looking at a 2nd owner '13 DCSB SR5 in spruce mica with 38k in New Jersey off CL.
    It's bone stock with a cap on it. Current owner sent me pics of the frame which looks rust free what what I can tell.

    At first I was interested in a 3rd gen OR but do have a sweet spot for a spruce mica.

    What would you pay, and anything I should be on the look out for?
