Anyone have a similar issue? Is this a warranty issue?

My front shocks/coils are not centered and the top ends up touching the shock mount on the frame. I have been hearing noises in the suspension up front at full droop where I think the two are hitting each other.

Suspension has 27,421 miles on it and I installed it on May 21, 2016 (just over 3 years ago).

    Parts
    Shocks: OME 90004
    Coils: 881
Top spacer: WHE TPS38 - 3/8" thick strut top spacer (both sides)
Trim: OME 95PF5 - 5mm Trim Packer installed on driver side

There was another thread (probably the one linked above) where the guy needed a new bushing or whatever its called up on the top mount because the old one got wallowed out.

Wheeler's sells the kit I think this is it

No, no parts available. The only solution are coilovers.... Say it with me...

Sorry my reply was mis-interpreted. I was joking since I'm trying to hold off on upgrading to coil-overs.

I swear that I followed that diagram (still have it in my folder with receipts and such) when I assembled everything since I'm OCD with stuff I work on. I guess I'll have to take them apart to see what is wrong.

Sucks but ya gotta start somewhere right. Maybe that upper spring seat is wallowed out or something. Good luck getting it sorted!
