Rode Falls Dam and then over to the rock this morning just to finally stretch the new setup. Didn’t bounce off near as many whoops, only touched about 3 times. Still a pretty good hit where I was high centered before the suspension upgrade. Really just wanted to see how different it was and wanted to make sure was good before I just tried the next level..

They had a couple signs out. The one in the pic is coming from the mud hole and 1st turn to go to Dutch trail head. I didn’t completely run Wolf’s Den from the other end to see where they were working. Looked like a few trees had been cut and had scraped some drainage in the few areas I rode.
Nice and quiet on a Monday morning out there..

    Yeah..
Maybe I can get out and run Dutch or backside of Daniel with you all sometime.
It was nice today with the suspension being much quieter(know it won’t last) and not bouncing the frame off all the whoops.

Hardest thing out there is the front of Daniel everything else can be done pretty easily. We'll show you around. I probably won't be able to do Sat unless I come down for a night run.

It's going to rain all week, it's going to be slick AF.

Dutch, Rocky Mtn Loop and Daniel are in really bad shape this year. They're out there working on Wolf's Den, Slabpile, Sawmill and Dutch.

Frontside is in really bad shape btw Was up there a few weeks ago and it's gnarly as ever.

Yeah we ran Dutch, RML, slabpile, and a few others early after they opened. I kinda like the fact that some areas have become harder now and they have changed since last year. Keeps things interesting.

We were up there 2 weeks ago when it was still sloppy out.

I was more to the left and that is what fucked me. It was night time and I should have gotten out and walked it instead of trying to be a hero.

Going the opposite direction. At the end of the season it was starting to get nasty there. Me and a buddy went out there when it was about this nasty as in the pics. We had to bump up it pretty good. The way the rut was it shot the rear out to the DS so then you were looking at the wall to the rt. It was fun! Dry it's a totally different animal, slick the easy stuff starts getting interesting.

Makes more sense now!! It was fun but stressful. Thank God for my BudBuilt sliders, I would have been fucked if it weren't for them.

Yeah I just dove into the hole. I stopped just before it got out stood on my slider and then went the big track mark you can see in the 2nd pic right in line with Brian's front bumper, was my front bumper digging into the wall.

I know that hole. I went down it last year and through I was going to ruin my rocker panels. I watched two people in front of me go down and ride their sliders the whole way down.
