Did you put grip tape over the stars and tyger symbol?

I did. 3m safety walk slip resistant tape. Got it at Home Depot. I think it was 4” wide and it fits perfectly

Do you guys (the stock height folks) actually use your steps?

When I first bought my truck I found the stock step bar to be more annoying than useful. I could step over it getting in but getting out was eh, always rubbed back of leg on them getting out because using them at stock height was awkward.

Are predator steps or nfab bars better in that sense? Since the step is only so wide, versus the entire length of side.

I had the predator steps from the dealer when I bought mine. Completely useless for me. I took them back and the gave me a refund. Now I wouldn’t mind having a set of rock slides, just to protect the truck from door dings. You know at the mall or Lowes. I had N-Fab on my Jeep and they were great but I had a lift and 35” tires.

I got mine mostly for my kids. These were really the only steps I liked the look of. My wife also uses them and loves them. Me on the other hand, I do step over them to get in and out.

Will do. That stuff is extremely sticky. But I have enough of the roll left to cut more pieces if I ever need to

Not installed yet so can’t say anything about the kit. It’s a special order from stop tech aero two piece rotors zink plated and 6 piston caliber. Impressive and massive looking. I can put you in touch with the guy I’ve been working with as it wasn’t even listed on the website since I wanted a 16” rim fitment.

I have 20’s so I’m curious how much a set would run

Very busy day! I'm fucking smoked...

    1. Swapped to Meso's new Minimalist Fobs:
    20190603_095139.jpg

    2. Installed Mobtown Offroad's Low-rise Bed Bars. Had to completely remove the TruXport tonneau cover and reinstall with some gaskets/seals along the both sides:

    3. Installed Tepui's new LowPro 3 tent and Yakima Frontloader bike mount. I had to hack the hell out of the Yakima's front mount to make it work with the 1.5" square 80/20 rails on the Mobtown rack, but it eventually worked out:
