Air Force basic training in the 1980s. It was a test to see who and who couldn't follow written and verbal instructions because that matters. Asshat could do neither. That he somehow managed to graduate with a high enough score was amazing. He was an idiot. He could shoot, though, and run like Forrest Gump, so there was that. The Marines wouldn't take him because of something or other (his story kept changing), but he accepted a slot as an AGE mechanic and made the minimum score on the mechanical portion back in the days where the military was taking anyone with a pulse who could run and do push-ups.

No way that guy would have made the cut today.

On May 24, during the last day of the '5th Smart Cities India 2019 Expo' being held in Delhi's Pragati Maidan, disability rights activist Nipun Malhotra had been invited to speak on the topic of accessibility in public transport for persons with disability in smart cities. His panel was named, "Redefining Public Transport".

Incidentally, the managers of the event had no provisions in place for wheelchair-bound Malhotra, who needed a ramp to get to the stage to deliver his speech.

An "appalled and amused" Malhotra posted the incident on social media.

We had a fun one. One guy from ukrain who couldnt do anything. Got taken to the chaplain and released after he let it slip that he left his country because he was wanted for child rape. DS didnt want the paperwork from him having an "accident" while cleaning the third floor flip out windows.
Had another guy that was a jackass to everyone. Was always wetting the bed then blaming others of pouring their canteen on him. He ended up stuck under his cover held down with 100mph tape when he woke up. He was given a fta.

An unlocked locker? Well, we better toss the whole barracks to make certain everything is accounted for.

*10 minutes later everything was outside in a massive pile.

We had a rock that was constantly doing this. We had guys assigned to remind him to lock it and he’d still leave it open. After that didn’t work one of the guys next to him would lock it for him and give Sr. Drill the key so that he’d get smoked for not securing his ID tags.

Hated that muppet but he wasn’t the worst.
