If you decide to try another replacement before you install it try to rig hoses and a way to connect a garden hose and use that to pressurize it but be careful depending on your water pressure you can put to much pressure

 

No I haven't. Wastn anything really wrong with it originally. I just replaced it because it was out.

I have a radiator pressure test kit. I didn't think the new one would fail straight out of the box.

Probably not, probably just sketchy brakes and tires, broke windshields.

Things like burnt bulbs, mudflaps and shiz will probably get caught by the blue and red

 

It really is a game changer, doesn't work so well with heat. The Z even has a little lever to choose between feet or balls. I think vehicles took a giant step back not including that vent anymore

 

what did you use to clean the plenum out? parts washer? or was it that clean?

 

Stuck a Boroscope down into each cylinder, three out of four of them are clean except Cylinder 3.

 

Looks more like it was in the process of being cleaned haha
